The story is a journey of dreams and beliefs, to find the greatest pirate treasure "One Piece" and make a dream for each one of the Straw Hat pirates. Journey starts from Monkey D. Luffy, a boy 17 years old, with dreams of becoming king of the pirates and find the One Piece. When writing the series, Oda was greatly influenced by Dragon Ball.
